Last updated: October 8, 2026. Elevate AI Agencies is a registered fictitious name of Elevate Business Technologies LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (together, "Elevate," "we"). This explains what data we collect and how it's used — whether you're a business using Elevate, or a customer of one of our client businesses.
There are two kinds of people this policy covers, and it's worth being clear about the difference:
From client businesses: business name, contact info, hours/services/pricing details you provide, login credentials, billing information (handled by Stripe, not stored by us), and — if you connect it — access to your Google Calendar to check availability and create events. If a business uses "time for your next visit" emails, it also gives us a list of its customers (names, email addresses and last visit dates).
From businesses we contact about Elevate: the business's name and the public contact details listed on its website or business listings, and any reply. Every one of these emails includes a way to opt out of further emails.
From a client's customers: whatever you include in an email or text message to the business, your name and email address if you book an appointment or chat with a website widget, your phone number and message content if you text a business's SMS line, and the appointment time you select. Every "time for your next visit" email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
We use a small set of trusted providers to actually run the service. Data passes through them as part of normal operation — none of them get to use it for their own purposes:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If a business connects its Google Calendar, Elevate reads its free/busy times to show open appointment slots and creates, updates, or cancels events for bookings made through Elevate. We also read the connected account's email address to show which calendar is connected. Calendar data is used only for these purposes, for that business. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. A business can disconnect at any time from its dashboard or from its Google Account settings.
Elevate's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We keep email/message history and appointment records for as long as a client business's account is active, so the AI has context and the business has a record of its own customer communications. When a client business's plan ends, we delete its account data — conversations (including website chats), appointment records and its customer list — except records we're required to keep, such as billing records. A business can request deletion of specific data by contacting us; a client's customer can do the same by contacting either the business directly or us.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), access to a business's data is restricted to that business's own account and Elevate staff, and public-facing endpoints (booking, chat) are rate-limited against abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, real measures — not just a policy statement.
Elevate is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
We may update this policy as the product changes. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
